Fabian -Eduard Cretu
Attorney at law with the Bucharest Bar Association, Fabian holds a bachelor of law and a LLM in Business Law, both from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.

Currently, Fabian is a PhD student in civil law at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, under the supervision of Prof. Univ. Dr. Valeriu Stoica and an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, Titu Maiorescu University.
​
Fabian specialized in representing industry leaders in complex civil, commercial tax and administrative disputes. Simultaneously, Fabian assisted clients on day-to-day matters involving insolvency, enforcement, debt recovery and insurance proceedings, as well as drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, negotiations with business partners, reviewing internal policies and regulations. Oriented towards the result, Fabian was able to find proper and business wise solutions for his clients.​

Previously, Fabian was an attorney at law at SCA Reff & Associates, law firm representing Romania in the global Deloitte Legal network, as well as at SCA Dragne & Associates, ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 litigation ranking.
